euphylia not extending

Fish?
My Frogspawn and my Torch have not been fully extended in almost a week.

nitrates-1
Ph-8.2
Po4-0
Alk-2.8
Ca-400
SG-1.023
temp-80

Any ideas would be more than welcomed!!!

Your salinity could come up .002 and try to get rid of the nitrate altogether. Outside of that, it looks good, but that salt level is below coral range by .001. I run it at 1.025 so I have a .001 swing either way in case of accident, 1.026 being the upper limit.

I don't think your specific gravity is the culprit, personally. How do you measure it, though? I had a swing hydrometer that was off by .006 once (my SG was at 1.031 and everything still looked fine, imagine my surprise)

Has anything else changed in the system?

No offense intended sk8r, I just know that in the past all of my corals have been very forgiving of SG and I would like to know more!

I just bought a new "Coralife Deep Six" hydrometer. I have two Maxi Jet 600's in opposite upper back corners of the tank.
For lighting I have 2x96w actinics and and 1x150mh 15k. The actinics go on at 12pm and 1pm then the mh at 1:30pm. The mh goes off at 12am, the first actinic at 12:30am and the last at 1:30am.

I have brought the SG up to 1.025.

As far as your salinity goes, that will not cause any problems.

I recently did have a outbreak of flatworms (bought corals from a individual, didn't quarantine them) and the way I noticed the worms were my frogspawns and hammers were not extending like normal. Little brown spots, very easy to miss if you were not careful.

Not saying thats what it is, but something to check.

I have fully examined them for bugs and worms. I don't know what my magnesium is...I don't have a test for it. I add b-ionic and the Alk component usually makes a bit of snow in the tank if that gives you any indication. Does one want the Mag higher or lower?
