Euro-Reef RS 180 Pump FAilure

Albert I purchased an Rs 180 from you in October 07. The genx pump that came with the unit was bad and they replaced it, a bad needle wheel impeller. Aweek later that motor went out and they replaced it.Now the pump I have now just went out.450 dollars is alot of money for an inferior product. I noticed your not selling them on your website, and several others no longer carry them either.So far Euro Reef has not returned my call or email. Is there somthing going on with this company that i should be aware of. What can i do about this? Will an ASM Sedra pump work on this unit. I have 5 thousand in coral in my tank and no skimmer!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

My Gen-X 4100 is too loud even though I just run it less than a month.Did Euro reef heard a lot of complaint about this pump and do something about it?
