Just an FYI -

Europe's Largest Aquarium is currently on the Travel Channel (Ch 277 on Direct TV). It just started, but it looks interesting so far.

The one in spain correct, talked about the fish shopping list.......the guy from florida who was responsible for catching all of them was a cool part of it......

I was really into that one until it had NO coral in it......correction the worlds biggest FO tank

I think Steinhart is going to BLOW that one out of the water.....

Their explanation in not keeping corals was that they only grow 1/2" per year! I guess us hobbiests must be doing something magic.

Funny - I thought the exact same thing. None-the-less, that is one amazing aquarium! Overall, I thought it was a pretty good show. Not great - just good.

I caught the 2nd half of it, as I was doing my monthly WC, too;)

I thought it was funny how the narrator said they use special devices to maintain the aquarium, then showed a clip of a diver vacuuming the sand using a cut up 5 gallon water bottle.

Guess even they DIY sometimes:p

I agree... Hopefully they will finish that on time.. :)

I got the impression from why they didn't have corals is because that statement about that they are animals and that they fight......in other words....too much trouble for them to deal with and that they would rather put fish in and look at them in a world of plastic corals..........
