Evaporation/Moisture Control

My wife and I are building a new house and we would really like to do an in wall 400 gallon (96x32x30). we will not be able to have a fish room and I'm really concerned about evaporation (moisture) ruining our new house.

I would love to see what others have done to solve this issue (ventilation, dehumidifier, HRV, etc.)
