everything ok yesterday, now not so much

So nothing has been added to my tank for 3-4 weeks now, except RO top off water.
This morning both my fish look super sick, like a marine ick, but worse. Major discoloration, looks like covered in fine bubbles, eyes clouded over and they are freaking out, acting weird.
I need to dose my tank with something, but I have a handfull of corals in there. The tank is fairly new, 3-4 months, but the fish are old, clown 5 years, tang 10 years.

Ideas?

I can have my cousin down the street host the corals, but I don't want to mess up her tank with whatever I have, if she gets a little of the water in there. I have some coral dip... But not sure if that will help this.

If I just dose the tank with the corals in there they will most likely die off. There is a open brain, couple ricordia mushrooms, blueberry tree, and a frogspawn.
I am very puzzled and freaked out how this got into my tank, and why it grabbed on so fast.

Any info or help would be appreciated!

Looks like Ich on the clown (shouldn't be Brook if it's been 3-4 weeks since the last livestock purchase was added). Having your cousin house your corals would very likely contaminate her tank as well. Your only treatment option is to remove all the fish, treat in a QT and leave your DT fallow for 10+ weeks.
