SC-65 Skimmer - I recieved it about two weeks ago but did not get a chance to set it up because I was in Orlando . Just got back on Sunday (12-11-11). But I found time yesterday (12-15-11) to modify the SC-65 to fit in my rear chambers.

Did a water change on Sunday (12-18-11) and this was what the SC-65 skimmer pulled out from 12/15 - 12/18.

Only three days of skimming :

Also changed my T5 bulbs today running -3 Blue+, 2 Aquablue special, 1 purple plus - with 3 pieces of eggcrate over the top to acclimate the coral SLOWLY.

looks good, skimmer kicking butt. I think that is Red planet or something similar to it. I see the confetti chalice is growing.... I think you got that at the swap from me. I see you have a frag of the pink birds nest. You interested in a trade

Oscar - yeah the generic skimmer I bought off ebay is kicking butt!! And I think your right as the encrusted SPS looks similar to my red planet. Yes - I bought the confetti chalice at Sea's 2nd Frag Auction. The chalice started off as a slow grower but now is really growing at a decent rate and stung a head of my kryptonite candy kane. I had a frag of the pink birds nest but Mateo traded me for a meter shower. I can frag you a piece though - definitly interested in a trade just let me know.

Sweet AIO build.

I got a 40 Breeder that i have been sitting on for a few months now. I haven't set it up yet vecause I am unsure of which T5 fixture to get (Tek Elite 6x39 or Current NEP 6x39).

I also like the false wall you got. I will definetly contact Advanced Acrylics to see if they can build me one as well. By any chance, how much did the flase wall cost you?

This Saturday one of my submersible fuge lights went out. I would have tried to replace the bulb but the wire was corroded, so I made my own fuge light that I mounted behind the tank with some Velcro. The only real hard part was going behind the tank to scrape some of the paint off with a razor. Below are the pics of the fuge light build.
