ok great thanks are the harmful? and the white stuff on my pump its do damn hard i dont know what it is it sticks to the walls

The first one is a brittle star.

+1

Most are harmless and eat detrious and other fish waste. They have on occasion been know to eat small or slow moving fish. This however isnt a concern until they get larger. They can get well over 12 inches in diameter as adults. Also IMO other than the green brittle star you dont have to worry to much about them eating healthy fish. They will however on occasion go after sick or dieing fish.

Mini Brittle Star fish, in the sink. Feather Duster tubes, on the pump. Both are a great part of your clean up crew. Brittle Stars eat detritus and the Feather Dusters filter the water.

dammmit i guess throughing him down the drain was not a good idea, he was stuck in my pump anyways and i have several of these damn things in my tank anyways haha

Yep they are all doing a great job keeping your water clean. They'll grow back straight away. Rest assured, you didn't get all of them.

The little hard white tubes are worm tubes made up of a calcareous skeleton. Not much you can do. Maybe get a copperband to eat some of them IMO anyways thats what I would do.

Don't worry you probably have a TON of micro brittle stars in your tank. Most people do. Its always fun to find one crawling on a rock.
