ordered a pump website said 1/2 and 3/4 inch heads, so i ordered it with a 3/4 u pipe to mattch. there site was wrong, pump only comes with 1/2 inch heads....after 45 seconds on the phone a 1/2 utbe will be sent too me and i can keep the 3/4 one as well.........................marine depot this is my second time using them, they now have a customer for life

Just had my first "problem" with MD. I ordered one aqualifter and recieved two. I contacted them by e-mail and they promptly returned my e-mail with a UPS label, fully covered return S&H, and fully credited the item and its original S&H to my credit card.
Very good customer service and I will also be a customer for life.
