I recently placed and received an order with Aqua Cave for a new Halide Lamp. When I received the bulb the ceramic on the end was broken and missing. I did little more than exchange e-mails with Mike a few times and the matter was resolved in no time at all. I received a brand new replacement for my broken bulb and couldn't have been happier with the speed and reliability of their customer service.
