Excellent Experience!

Just wanted to say how great my recent (and first) experience with Josh and the whole crew at Premium Aquatics was.

I am setting up my first tank, a 34G Solana. Of course being a newbie I was clueless about all things Live Rock - but I knew that the stuff at my LFS wasn't "up to snuff".

I emailed with Josh from Premium Aquatics several times - I can't believe he was so patient with me And the email response times were excellent!

Anyway - I ordered 45 pounds of Bali ALOR on Wednesday for Friday delivery to Raleigh. I got a call an hour or so after I placed my order that they were filling it and boxing it and it was *too much* for my tank because the ALOR isn't as dense as other rocks.

Anyway - I got the rock Friday, much less than I ordered which saved me lots of money and the rock is just fantastic! The quality is great - the packaging was excellent and it was on time.

I can't say anything bad about my experience - the crew at Premium treated me great and sent me a quality product. And it's not often someone calls to sell you *less* stuff!

Thanks for the vote of confidence! When the order came to livestock, we knew that 45 lbs would be way too much for your setup. That alor rock is very light, but has has excellent shape and structure! I'm sure that the 25 lbs will more than fill your tank.
