I ordered one of those $10 jbj digital thermometers. The darn thing just wouldn't stick to the glass. On top of that both the battery in the unit and the extra in the pack went dead within a couple days. I emailed MD and that same day a new thermometer was shipped out to me at no charge! That's what I call service! I just wanted to post for a job well done. Thanks MD (Alan)!
