Exciting new pics of the latest editions!

CaptiveReefer03,

Tank is looking great. when you said the cap fraged off I had no idea that the frags were 6in's. Nice size frags!!! The frags I received from you are doing awsome. When I get them mounted I will also post some pics. I am heading down to Miami area this weekend to see if I can pick up anything down there.

Bono,

I have 90ga with water temps 82 @ night and 84 during the day. I have never had any issues with my sps. Just look @ CaptiveReefer03 cap. Rember most of these sps come from the S.Pacific with water temps exceeding these during there hot months.

I think the temp thing is just drilled in my head. Way back when, the perfect temp was 76 and if it went higher than that you ran the risk of losing everything. I know 80+ is no big deal but I can't seem to get over it.

Hi my name is Mike and my tank runs hot! There I said it and it feels good to admit it.

Yo Charles,
It's going to be reef with lots of fish. The tank is on the floor getting some plumbing and I'm going to cover the back inside with black pond foam (like sidewinder 770's 375) We're putting it on the stand on Sunday the 15th. It will have 2 closed loops with OM 4ways on Dart pumps, and a Dart for sump return. Sump will be about 160 gallon DIY, with a fuge. I have a dual beckett skimmer from JDM Technologies...8" x 39". I will run it with two Gen-X PCX55HP pumps. There will also be a calcium reactor, phos reactor, ozone, all not yet purchased. Lighting will be 3 250 MH and as many T-5's as I can fit. I have plumbing from the garage to the billiards room for salt water for water changes and RO/DI water to fill the top-off container. Another PCX-55 pump there. There will be a top-off container and pump/float switch near the tank. Also plumbing from the sump return to the sanitary sewer for water change draining. I'm still studying the chiller market. No decisions made yet on that. I have 231 pounds of DIY GARF rock curing in my swimming pool. I still need to make about another 200 pounds. The substrate will be aragamax select, brought to life by GARF Grunge. That's all I can remember for now!!!!!!!
