Exosed flesh on clown?

The female of a pair of clowns appears to have exposed flesh on her underside... it has caused her to lose her pectoral fins.... she eats fine and has even laid eggs while like this....

when th fish is put into a QT tank with maracyn, it seems to clear up but comes back when placed bac into the tank... she is the only fish that has this issue...

Any ideas? Sorry but I do not have a photo of it... it just appears to be flesh..
