Anyone have any experince with calcium reactors?
I'm thinking about buying one but unsure with a type to go with
any help would be great before a purchase
150gal with some corals,.... still looking in RR

I have played with them all, and currently use what I belive to be the best out there...mine
I build a reactor that takes the best fetures and puts it into 1 unit.
Things to look for

Ph probe holder
On board bubble counter that is auto filled
I prefer what is called reverse flow, bottom up
easy of removeing parts to service, as you will need to at some point. The R2K makes that a tuff job.

Store bought the geo's are very nice. DIY is way scheaper, and mine fall in the middle.

What it will give you is a very very stable alk. Also great Ca depending on your demand. I would go a size up then what you think you need, you want your corals to grow, so you will hvae greater demand at some point and you do not want to keep buying new reactors.

thanks for reply,
if you think about making another I might be in for one , your the second to mention diy is the way to go, might go to dosing pump till figure out what to do

Due to being away for a couple weeks training for a new job, then the FragFest I wouldn't have one build till mid May for you, but would be happy to do it for you.
