I have had my $35 one for over 5 years now and love it...........never rinse it. I had the $3 one for about a month before it broke. Some things are worth the extra $$$$

The dollar general stores have then for 99 cents. I bought 10 a few years ago. It took a little over a year for them to rust out one by one. Like everyone else said...for a buck, if you get a weeks use out of it, you got your moneys worth.
