External Pump size

I currently have a 55 gallon reef ready tank with 2 1" overflows..
My sump is located in the basement, and I was wondering how I figure out what size external pump I will need on the return..

Check on the homepage, their is a head calculator.

I tried using the head loss calc. on the home page, but you need to pick a pump to fiure out the calculation.. I''m not sure if I'm doing it correctly.....

Pick the pump you think would work and then input the rest of the info. After hitting submit you will get GPH after your head loss. Now just find a pump that you like and that gives you a proper flow.

There are some good pumps for this not listed on that list however. My pick in this case would be a Velocity T3 or 4.
