external pump?

what would be a good semi cheap pump to use for a closed loop? im going to be drilling my tank soon and i guess i need a external pump, any suggestions? are these things noisy?

Take a look at the Panworld's.... SC has them and they are very good and fairly reasonable for a good external pump.
