Extra Apex display module

Anyone have an extra apex display module they wanna sell? My wife somehow sucked up the cable into the vacuum and tore it in 2. I tried splicing it back together but no luck. LMK.

Just use your phone or tablet. It's rare that I even use mine now.

If you like bring it by my house when I get a chance I'll try to solder up a new USB cable for it

That's what I've been doing marvin for now. I guess I just like the redundancy if that makes sense.

I tried connect the wires like you would with audio or electrical wires but it's not working. is there a difference between that and soldering? But I'll let you know Jonny. Thanks.

I would open the unit and desolder the cable and take a new usb wire and solder it in. They sell solder suckers at harbor freight or you can get a solder wick.

Are all USB cables the same inside? This one has 4 individual wires m red green blue and copper. Never opened up a USB cable.
