Extremely dissapointed with new ViaAqua Media Reactor!

I'm not going to mince words - These are a piece of junk! I own two TLF-150 reactors and have never had a problem with either. I bought the ViaAqua because I thought it would save me money to not have to buy the reactor plus an additional pump and I read in another thread someone saying that the owner of PA said these are the same quality as a TLF.
My observations:

-Terrible quality compared to TLF
-Takes forever to get together and then the pump falls off with the slightest movement
-Not nearly as much room for media compared tot he TLF
-The lid screwed on the first time, but now I can't get it to go back on straight to matter how many times I have tried
-Did I mention the craptacular quality?

As usual, Premium did a great job getting the order out, but I can't believe what a terrible product this is.

Sorry you are not happy with that product. We actually got one out yesterday and setup on our office tank to try out. We didn't realize the reactor was a little smaller then TLF.
