Very beautiful!
Next time I am in Fort Collins visiting my little bro at Colorado State, I am going to have to see your tank.

How long has that tank been up?

Here are some small colonies that are still in the frag tank. I think I need to get rid of some things in the main tank so I have room for these up top. I also have some Bali colonies that will be here Mon. and I know I will want to put them in the main tank. The problem is, which ones to take out. They are all like pets now and I don't want to get rid of any of them:(
The dilemas of an addicted reefer:)

Green with envy...

What is the coral in the second picture of the second post? It's awesome! I don't think I've ever seen anything that looked like that.

I can't remember the name of that one. I got it from a guy in Chicago(Thanks Joe) He paid $150+ for it on one of the online sites. The pics don't do the color justice either. My camera is good but not to the point it should be for corals. I will try to find out what it is.

Very nice tank. Can't beat a nicely grown in/established tank.

Moriah... that coral looks an aweful lot like a coral we have in our tank. Ours is just much smaller, so the overall structure doesn't quite match (different color too)... and I'm blanking on the name of it at the moment. Ours is a light orange color with pink polyps that looks pretty cool under actinics. Ours is itty bitty compared to that one though. I know we got the frag from Casey, so assuming it's a related species, maybe somebody can refresh our memories. I'll have to try to get a pic.

Cephastrea decadia. Looks very similar to the Tyree LE. I've got one that is more pink.

Nice stuff, Steve. I tyhink you need to send that Monti millepora (next to last pic) looking thing to me;). That'll help you weed some stuff out:). Nice chalices, too. I may not be able to get a bigger tank for a while (and still have the ability to walk after bringing the idea up to Jenn), but I like the extra length (I want an 8 footer-it's never enough).

If you got it from Casey, Brian, it is also a Ceph. decadia. I got mine from him, too. Steve's is darker than ours, but the areas of mine that don't get much light are darker then the rest of the body.

Thanks everyone. It is the Cephastrea decadia.
gflat...I know how you feel. I want 1000+ now. 120x48x32 would be good. But then I would want bigger:)

Yup... cephastrea does ring a bell. I need to write these all down some day. Here's a pic of ours. You don't see them all to often. Ours has some growing to do, but definitely a cool coral. I think I actually like the darker skeleton a little bit better.
