F/S 24" T5 8 bulb fixture

For sale my 24" 8 bulb T5 fixture with workhorse ballast. Purchased for $395 bulbs are from 6 to 8 months old. Hanging kit with adjustable cables included. Selling for $250.

I was told they were workhorse ballast but inside the fixture there is a sticker that says plain ballast. There are 2 ballast that are HO T5. half the bulbs are ATI which are not quite 6 months old.
