Well... so after the last sale attempt, I got called out of town for several weeks and was basically unable to manage a sale since I wasn't there. SO. Now I have to try again, only I have less time to get this done. As a result, EVERY THING BELOW IS NOW 25% OFF. So if something you're interested below is listed at $20, it's now $15!

Please note that it IS in Maricopa. I cannot deliver things to the Valley.

Sale begins below:

So after several years (around 4 I think) I've decided that Aquariums are not in my (near) future. In addition, my girlfriend is moving in with me soon so I need the garage space.

So EVERYTHING MUST GO!

Items here (where applicable and possible) have been tested as working, but you're welcome to test the items (where possible) before paying. All items are being sold as-is.

It IS in Maricopa. Hence the pricing.

First up for sale is a 90G AGA Tank w/ stand, canopy and 4x54W Tek T5HO Retrofit lighting. The bulkheads for this tank are worn out and need to be replaced. AGA makes a kit to rebuild the overflow system. Just google AGA overflow kit and it should contain all the parts you would need. The lighting system fires and lights, but I'm unaware of how much life the bulbs have left.

Was going to offer this at $275, but I'll drop it to $200 due to it needing its bulkheads being replaced. Picture

Second is my old 55G tank stand and canopy. I say it like this because it obviously includes a 55G acrylic tank, but for the longest time it was my QT/Lifeboat tank. So it's endured some scratches. I'm selling it as the stand with an included free tank. $40

Next up is a similar Tek lighting system to what comes in the 90G tank (the one who originally owned that tank and I bought the lighting kits at the same time). The system does fire, but the bulbs are about 75% used. Price: $20

Next is another lighting system. This is a Coralife 36" Retrofit Compact Fluorescent setup. Unable to verify its functionality (I don't have bulbs for it). $10

More lighting! This is a Current USA Orbit 48" Compact Fluorescent setup. Includes bulbs, have verified to be working. Is a full spectrum lighting setup, includes actinics and moonlamps. $20

Final bit of lighting. Running a FOWLR? I got your lighting right here. This is a Normal-Output 48" T5 setup. Basically brand new. Includes an actinic bulb and a daylight bulb. $5

Next up is Skimmers!

First is a Coralife SuperSkimmer 65 model. This unit didn't originally come with a needlewheel impeller but I have modified it into one. The needlewheel mod greatly improved efficiency in the unit. I ran this in my old 90G tank until I replaced it with the next item. $10

Next up is the skimmer I replaced it with. This one hurts. This skimmer was AMAZING. It's an Octopus Needlewheel Recirculating Skimmer, model 110 (DNW-110). Includes a maxijet 400 feeder pump. This skimmer was damaged when I was moving it a little while ago - the pumps output broke. A replacement can be found here for $10. But as this one doesn't technically function, I'm putting it up for sale at $20

Finally in Skimmers is the skimmer that ran the 90G tank: the Coralife Superskimmer 225. Rated for up to a 225 gallon tank, this skimmer produced some nice filthy sludge for a good long while. It is currently setup to drain to a gallon jug so make sure that you plan to drain to it.$40

Next section is assorted flow-making devices:

Have a tank that is glass that can't be drilled that you'd love to put in a sump? Well I have the thing right here! An Aqualine Hang-On-Back overflow box will provide efficient and quiet drainage to any sump with the flexibility of rubber hose. $5

Assorted Maxi-Jet pumps. 2x 1200's and 1x 900. $2 each

Assorted Hydor Korelia turbine style powerheads. Great at making a TON of flow! Includes magnetic mount. Four total units available (not sure on the GPH - the labels have worn off) $10 each

Need a pump to return water from your sump? The Via-Aqua VA2600 is a good choice! At $5 it can also be a great salt mixing pump!

It's heading to winter, so you're going to need to keep your water warm, right? I have just the thing with a couple HEATERS!

First we have a Ebo-Jager 200W unit. I know that metal heaters are all the rage, but this guy actually worked well for me even after my previous metal one shorted out and tried to kill my tank (that old one has since been thrown away). Looking for $2 on this guy:

Worried that despite my claims of an awesome glass heater, that yours might pop and distribute unfriendly electrons all through your water? Consider a Coralife Titanium ground rod! $2

Next is a Via-Aqua Titanium 200W heater. Still runs like a champ. I'm told that they can function as a grounding rod as well but I can't verify this. $10

ARE YOU READY TO ROCK?! Good! I've got some formerly live rock! When I tore down all my aquariums and sold my live rock in my previous sale, I still kept my favorite pieces. This stuff is about 16 lbs of rock that would easily be about double that when wet. Going to sell this for $2/pound and sell the whole thing for $30.

....Except for this. This is another one that hurts. This is my all-time favorite piece of live-rock (obviously no longer live). This guy is probably about 5 pounds right now, but just the same I'm offering it for $15. I couldn't get a good angle on this to capture what a great piece this is. But I absolutely love it.

Been kicking around stopping the incessant buying of water in jugs and from the store? Consider this RO water purifier! It's currently setup for drinking water, but could easily be adapted to a full-blown RO/Di system. Needs all filters (except the RO membrane) replaced. $20
jXIAWVR.png

Want to turn it into an RO/DI system? Consider this DI module add-on with TDS meter for inbound and outbound! $20

And how will you put this ultrapure water into your tank at the appropriate rate without overflowing it? With an auto-topoff system of course! This Aqualifter pump and float switch ensures that the water flows smoothly, but will shutoff after your system has reached the appropriate level. $10

Keep your glass clean with a MagFloat scraper! 2 available, $2 each!
