Fabricated metal stands

I am considering a 200G project. I'm looking at making a stand that consists of a metal frame. I will put wood panels on it with magnets and/or recessed screws.

Regarding fabrication, any idea

Who does it
How much it is (ballparks OK)
Who powdercoats

I can do the engineering and design myself, however welding is not something I am currently skilled at.

And does anyone have any experience designing/fabricating these? I'm looking for hints and do's/do-not's...

The AQ will be 3ft by 4ft by 25 high. Stand will be 4 by 4 with a foot of work area at the back. The stand will look kind of like a "C"...

The base and "back" will be one unit, and the top will bolt on after the aq has been placed.

The person your looking 4 is "cmagallon". He's a wiz at this stuff. Very cool to deal with. Havn't seen him in a while. I think he's taking a breather. Probably too busy jetskiing...
