Has anyone ever kept a facula butterfly fish in a reef tank
Have one at a lfs and is quite the beauty.

I could imagine it being done in a very large tank with established corals.

It depends on which species you get. If it's a Double Saddle, Chaetodon ulietensis, then yes it's definitely not reef safe. The True Falcula, Chaetodon falcula, might work depending on what you keep.

A good decision. You never know what will happen. Beautiful fish though.
