failing frogspawn?

i just got my 2nd attempt at a frogspawn yesterday, and i fed it some snow today, but yet it still didn't open up very much. 2 of the heads are pretty close, about an inch away from each other, and at the biggest i've seen my frogspawn, they only touch a little. (The 3rd head is about 2 inches away from the other 2. )Not enough to think they're one head. I got a zoa colony and they're all great. I have 2 korallia 3 in my 4' tank. The frogspawn is on the bottom of the tank w/ some water flow, i tried to give it not much. I have him under 6 w/gal of pc lighting. Here are my water params:
10ppm nitrate
0ppm nitrite
0 ammonia
pH = 8.3
tank temp = 80F

Please help my frogspawn, this is my 2nd one, and another $18 down the drain won't help me build my reef.

Well #1 thing that sticks out is that's way too low for inverts, I keep my reef at 1.026, also how are you testing, if it's a cheap hydometer it could be even more off.

well i raised my SG today, and i came back a few hours later, and woot. The froggy seems very very open. He ate some mysis shrimp that i decided to not give to my pink sebae and i fed snow to all my corals. I think his heads just split, because they're really close. The previous branch frogpsawn was very far from each other. These only have like 3/4" from the individual heads to where they join together.

I keep my SG at 1.026 for the display tank, we have several LPSs and they are thriving...

One thing I noticed when picking up frogspawn from a guy with high intensity lighting is that they like lower lighting. My old one thrived under 130 watts of PC lighting. His was under probably 600w or more of MH. It was bleached and the polyps were shrivled up.
