Fairy wrasse mouth injury/infection

I've had this ruby head fairy wrasse now for 6 days. He isn't eating but stays hidden most of the day but when he does swim he seems fine. I'm not sure what this is on the mouth but I imagine this is why it isn't eating. Any ideas what this is and how I can treat it?
