fairy wrasse ?

I want to buy a few blue flasher fairy wrasse (Paracheilinus cyaneus). I have seen pictures of the fish and it looks awesome. My question is if the females look significantly different than the males. I want to order at least 3, but I dont want one pretty male and 2 ugly grey fish. Does anyone know how to tell males from females if they look the same? thanks

Males of P. cyaneus have at least six (to nine) filaments on dorsal fin but females do not. Body is reddish like males but fins may be transparent to paler. What is a grey fish you stated ? It apparently is not cyaneus.

what i meant by "grey fish" was just a hypothetical ugly fish. In the case that the males were significantly different from the femals. If the only thing the females are lack are dorsal fins then I think I will order them online. Thanks for your help
