Fancy Clown has fat lip???

I just recently purchased these two SA Fancy Clowns and up through yesterday they were fine. When I came home from work today, I noticed that one of them had a huge fat lip. Is this a sign of the other one picking on him?

They are in a FOWLR tank.

Any thoughts?

last night I stayed up with him for a little and he has progressively declined. He is now gasping for air, won't eat, and his movements are very slow.

The other clown doesn't seem to have any problem what so ever?

Any thoughts on what this might be?

Sorry to hear that.Im not sure what the problem is but I do think when clowns fight they go for the mouth.
