Do a search on them on here, there are a few good threads regarding them. They're extremely reclusive and sedentary. People claim they are difficult to feed because you literally have to pipette food directly in front of them since they are such passive eaters.
From everything I've read on them they're pretty much best suited for a pico/nano aquarium where you are better able to care for them (and see them for that matter).
I saw some of these the other day and they were really reclusive and didn't feed with the other fish even in a bare shop tank. It did have some cheato and a nice rock for them to hide in but you would have never known they were there unless you knew. Very cool little beasties though.
Here's a bad pic of the one at the lfs. you can see it was happy enough with some cheato to live in. i don't think they are fussy about what their house is as long as they can hide away and you can target feed them.
I have 2. I've only ever seen one, who pokes its head out regularly. I don't feed them through a pipette. I feed a mix of frozen food daily, and it happily ambushes frozen mysis floating by.
Sweet. I just bought one of these today off of LA DD. Probably put him in my smaller tank since there is only a smaller pair of percs in it. Looked almost like the pic above
