Allright, first game of the playoffs down and two more to go! If I win, I'm buying a CA reactor, it's a done deal, no more putting it off!!!

How is everyone else's teams doing?
 
newschool, u shoulda seen the action at my buddy's house during last weeks bears game. It was INSANE... my two buddies had players from both the rams and bears on their teams, and they were both competing for the point lead!!! They nearly killed each other, and in the end... one of them won by ONE YARD. It really made the bears game more exciting to say the least haha .
 
I myself dont play, and neither have the idea how the game is played... but they all have a $40 buy-in, so the #1 spot gets something like $200 so i can see why they are so crazed! My buddy says next season I gotta get in with them, I have no choice haha. Youre going to have to be my secret weapon :D
 
I am in a $100 league first place takes $900. I am up 83 to 72 and he has C. Henry playing tomorrow 40 yards and a TD beats me so wont be able to rest until tomorrow night...pray for me! LOL
By the way this is our second week of playoffs this would get to the finals against a team I have beat twice this year. if I win I am buying the LR for my 210
 
Yeah, my league works a little different, our playoffs start a week after most other leagues. This is our first week, and our SuperBowl is the last week of the regular season. You have to pray that all your good guy's aren't benched b/c teams are saving them for the real playoffs.
We also pay 10 bucks for each transaction throughout the year, all added to the pot. With 12 teams, that adds us quick! Winner this year should take home over 2K.
 
At least you guys are in the playoffs-my crap team lost seven straight to finish the season. Six of those losses came to the team that had the most points that week, go figure. I am second in the league in points-but I have had the most points put up against me-by over 200 to the next closest team!!!! Oh well, at least I still have the Bears to watch...
 
I know where you're coming from Pat. I was in the exact same position and lost the last 4 games. Games I would have won against anyone in the league that week besides the guy I was playing!
I made it into the playoffs b/c of some freak scenario, if this guy wins, and these three people lose, you're in.

One down and two more to go!
 
Oh and I forgot to mention, I'm in a 10 team league-the 9 other owners are from cheesehead land, so you can imagine the beating I have been taking on the message board there, as the only bear fan!
 
lets see in my two leagues this weekend I got 3 or less points from all of the following starters: Favre, booker, stallworth, gates, J. Jones, F Taylor, C. Taylor, and Josh Brown. Needless to say after averaging better then 100 points a week thru the regular season and first week of the playoffs, I got 27 total in one league and 51 total in the other. what a crappy week for both teams to lay down.
