Hello all, I'm sure this has probably been asked and answered before but I couldn't find it so I'm going to ask. I have a favites coral I picked up a few weeks back, out didn't look too good when I bought it, pretty pale but it was dirt cheap so hey....why not try right? Anyway I bought it, after a couple of weeks it's color started to come back but now....it's turning brown. It's still fleshy, tentacles still come out at night and all that jazz but it seems like brown algae on it? Naturally I've read too much light, not enough light, nutrients too high, nutrients too low, too much flow, not enough flow and so on. So any thoughts that could help a coral out?
