I voted Electric blue/blue hermit for their appearence. They're very colorful! Just not the best hermit in an underfed reef tank.

I have hermits from 6 of the species you have listed, and some from 3 or 4 species that you didn't list (I love hermits :)), I voted for the blue leg. My thin striped and orange claw hermits are just as active, but the blue leg hermits win with their coloring.

Halloween Hermits for me, they look so funny in their giant shells they have. Mine is quite the character and often gets other crab species hitching rides on his back.

I'd love to find a store with multiple types of the 'interesting' ( e. blue, halloween ect) hermits. I'd do like 2 of each :)

Shipping would really hurt but you can find pretty much any kind you'd like online. Maybe if you added a coral or two shipping wouldn't be so high relative to total purchase.

Blue leg hermits are great, because they stay small, beautiful to look at and are decent scavengers :)

Scarlet Reef Hermit Crabs!

These are the only crabs I will include in my clean-up crew.
The blue and red legged hermits kill my cerith snails for their shells; so no more.
And the scarlet reef hermits are great cleaners that remain inconspicuous and are non-aggressive.
