Feather Caulerpa

I have just purchased a Feather Caulerpa for my 10g Reef tank and since i have put it in my tank, one of the branches appears to be dying off - the top part of it is turning white - any ideas on what is happening to it and how I can help it out?

My 10g is newly cycled and i have been doing water changes of 10+% once a week - i have LR / LS and two small Clowns and a goby....

Could it be new growth? I have noticed with caulerpa that the growing tip is white. Otherwise it may be going sexual, this will be evidenced by most or the entire plant becoming transluscent. Can you provide a picture?

Def not new growth as it is happening to esablished fronds - I will post a pic as soon as the camera charges! I do have it in a higher flow area is that bad?

Here it is!

Looks like just a small amount has been damaged in shipping and is dying off. The whole plant should be alright. These are super cells, but they do seem capable of having small amounts die without triggering a complete sporulation (and death) event. Be wary if the leaves/fronds start to look completely bleach or spotted. That signals a sporulating (or sexual) event, pull the plants if that happens.

Awesome, thanks both of you! I will keep an eye out for the sporulating - if it starts to get out of control - we have a yellow tang in the 55g that i am sure would love to have a go at it!
Cheers!
