So yesterday my featherduster popped out of his tube. I read some people put them back inside and they stay put. This morning he popped out again and has lost his crown. I just left him alone this time. Any tips? Or advice? He's secreting Some slime it seems. I have two other FD that are doing great. [emoji27]

Not much you can do except leave him alone. The slime might be the beginnings of a new tube if you're lucky. Hopefully he'll find a place he likes and grow a new crown.

Note: If the new crown comes back smaller (when it stops growing of course), then he's probably not getting enough to eat and he's on the slow road to starvation.
