February MTRC Meeting!

I should be there alittle late but won't be hungry. What time is good for those not eating? will tours be nonstop from 5-8?

Not sure on the tours. That is up to them. I kind of figured they would start around 6pm. I think they can take up to 25 people at a time so there will be several tours.

Okay -- this will be the list we go with. Others can still come, but I've got to give them some lead time to prepare for such a large crowd. I told him to prepare for ~85 people.

Hey Crumpletop, Jack and I are not going to make it to the meeting? We have had some thing to come up that really need our attention. We really hate to pass this up but we have no choice. I am so bummed out I have always wanted to go there.

better late than never Jack! It is my birthday!!! Have not been around much..one at a time we have all been sick! Scott just got over the flu and had his best day today and we had to travel to Knoxville for Molly again....she is doing great by the way. I have a yucky head cold and hopefully will be over it by Sunday. So count us in....2 adults and 3 kids (although one will be a legal adult next month....oh help us all)

For those who will be going on the tour, We will probably stagger them throughout the evening. They likely will not be able to efficiently serve ~100 people all at once, so some folks may tour before they eat, and some after.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there!
