FedEx problem???

I ordered a sixline, some chromis, and some snails and the tracking looked good until today. Right now its almost 6EST and no FedEx. Taking a look at the tracking it's not looking good, because its already way past the estimated delivery time. Anything that I can do???

you could always try to make it to the Fedex hub and see if the clerk there will help you out. If its a small hub they should be more then able to, especially if you explain the situation. In a larger hub it is sometimes hard to track down a certain package

We checked with Federal Express and unfortunately the order is currently in the air. It has not yet gotten to a Virginia Federal Express Hub. If the package was available at the hub you may have the option of picking it up there. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

Just wanted to let you know that I received the package today. All of the fish made it! The snails are my current worry. As the bag that had the snails was all but empty and the box was soaked. Two days with FedEx will do a number on a package. I've placed the snails in a place to monitor how many survive. Hopefully a majority. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for the update and good news about the fish. Your concern for your snails is understandable due to the situation. We apologize for the condition of the box and ask that you please keep us posted on the progress of the snails. We do find the snails to be quite resilient.
