fedex question

Here is my opinion on the whoe fed-ex vs UPS thing..it almost completely depends on the driver that is on your route.

At my old place the UPS driver would never get things right (how hard can it be to deliver a box anyway?) but the Fed-Ex guy was awesome. Always on time and never messed things up once.

Now at my new house on the other side of town its the complete opposite. I think the Fed-Ex guy delivers my packages in a short-bus, but the UPS guy is great.

yeah its all basically the same really...

i didnt really mean to start a fed ex vs ups debate though....sorry...

kinda just wanted to say how wel drsfostersmith ws in rectifying the problem...or at least in attempting to rectify the problem...i assume it will be taken care of once i get home to 4 boxes sitting on my porch...

Good point. I have to assume that my regular UPS driver is the one who messed up the 2 packages that I had go missing. However, since the whole ordeal with getting them to resume deliveries without a signature, he actually tries to hit our house last/late in his route. He tries to get to us after 5 and catch us at home.

Weezel, that is good to hear. I have been considering ordering some livestock, and I know LiveAquaria and Fosters/Smith are all one big happy company.

I've had my share of problems with both companies, funniest one was two boxes shipped from Utah to Idaho, a total of about 300 miles, one box ended up on my doorstep in one day, the other ended up at the Fedex facility in Minneapolis, to their credit a quick call and it was delivered the next morning, luckily it wasn't anything live being shipped.
