Feed system schematics?

Recently, I was reading some of the older sections of the Dendro thread when I came across a mention of a fantastic refrigerated feed system, by a member known as greeneyedblackcat.
Not sure if you've applied for a patent or not GEBC, but if you (or anybody else on the forum) has some information as to how and what to construct the system from, please let me know.

GEBC is out of the fish game now but one of our members has the system now. i think i have photos and a video of a presentation GEBC gave on the system but i will have to look.

ill leave the talking about the system to the new owner.

its all DIY and not that difficult if you have the time and know-how

If you pm greeneyeblackcat he will respond. I think he still has the item in question as I am trying to buy a frozen food auto feeder from him.

Pm him he is not exactly out of the game. There are rumors there may be a nano in his future.

Al, he sold it. We was going to buy it but we decided not to do a sea horse tank so we passed and now ______ has it but i don't like giving out peoples names . the member im talking about is very active here and im sure will see this.

ill give you a hint on who has it Al. his screen name starts with a G and he just came back from the Caribbean

Hi guys, Glad to see there is still interest in my DIY stuff I still have it and plan to sell this setup to a1amap in the near future. I have never applied for a patent but If any of you guys have a get rich scheme on this feeder I would be glad to split the Millions with you. Take care GEBC

I wish I had it! I went over and drewled over it once, but my gf was with me and at that point I was trying to convince her I was smart with my money and I was already buying his skimmer and something else I believe. I would think about getting in a bidding war with Al about it now, but then I’d also have to figure out away to get more electricity pumped into my fish room.

I’ve been planning on going by GEBC’s place at some point as I am going to try to build a wave maker and tidal system and I need some solenoid valves which I have no hands on experience with. Hoping I can get some advice from someone that knows this stuff more then most.

Keep me in mind for that road trip, I'm always interested in new gadgets and DIY stuff.

no problem, I may have made it seem like I was going to buy it in an old thread and did plan on it at some point, but the $ was just not there. Looks as if Al has dibs on it now, which is fine I'll just go over his place to see it in action. I don't have that much to feed now anyways. BTW, are you coming to the next meeting?

Looking at the response of this thread perhaps we need to pull in a guest lecturer. The night I went over Jim’s house I probably could have stayed there all night picking his brain if my gf hadn’t come with me. She was new to things at that point and just about all the lingo went over her head back then.

If you don't mind me asking, GEBC, roughly how much does a fabled system like yours cost to produce?

Thomas, all the components I use are surplus (because I'm cheap you can find all the stuff on the net and a system built from surplus stock would cost roughly $200 to $300, maybe even cheaper if you can get some Ebay deals. I still have many spares lying around if you need parts. I may not have everything needed but I can probably come close. It is fairly simple if you are handy.>>>GEBC
