feeding a rose anwmone...

I was wondering what most of you use for food. I buy silversides but it is such a large amount that I end up wasting them any suggestions? It is a medium size rose. TIA!

I feed mine frozen deshelled non cooked coctail shrimp chopped into very small pieces

I feed mine raw table shrimp with the Shell and tail..I figure they don't deshell it in the wild, so why deshell it? I know my anemone is too small to eat the whole shrimp. So, I cut it up while it is still frozen and then put the rest back in the freezer. I also feed it krill, it is small enough, so I don't have to cut it up.

I feed my rose silversides and the fish bring it fish food too.
