Feeding a trumpet coral

So I have a trumpet coral that I want to target feed. The polyps that face up are no problem. Just lay the food on and the close up but its not so easy with the polyps that face out. The food just slides off before they close up. Tried hold it there until they closed but cant seem to get that to work. Any ideas?

I use this feeder. http://www.amazon.com/Kent-Marine-0...8&qid=1429387503&sr=8-1&keywords=coral+feeder Cut off the end and dip in boiling water. This allows you to bend the tip. Mine is at 45 degrees. Now you can put and hold the food until the coral grabs it. Feed Trumpet coral live black worms or white worms and watch the growth take off.
