Feeding amounts?

I was wondering how often I should feed my Humu and panther. They are both about 4 inches long. Should I feed them once a day really well, or twice a day? I am feeding them mysis and krill with occasional diced-shrimp and clams. Thanks in advance.

I give my Triggers 3 light feedings daily, and IMO this has helped emensly in the aggression level.

Triggers of non adult size, and this is a more significant issue the smaller the fish is, do best when fed lightly multiple times per day.
They have a very fast metabolism due to growth, but a proportionally small stomach.

Sounds like you are feeding a good variety. Your panther will not be able to indulge as much but your trigger will LOVE.....mussels. They are cheap (about $4 per pound locally), very good nutrionally, and keep the mental faculties of predators satisfied picking at them.
