feeding anemone question

i just bout a nem and put it in the tank how long should i wait to feed it? and how often should i feed it to get it to grow pretty quick?

What type?

If it is new to the tank, I would wait a week, or until it is settled in.

For Haddonis, they can/will grow very quickly. I am to the point with mine where they get fed once every 3-4 weeks.
