feeding anemone

what should i feed my colored long tentacle anemone? also how often should i feed it amd whats the best feeding method?

I think every anemone keeper has their own method and schedule for feeding their anemones. When they are new and weak, with a slow feeding response, I feed about once a week. Once they're healthy and well established, I feed every day. My anemones can eat a three inch fish, and start spitting out bones and scales twelve hours later. I feed all kinds of stuff. I just fed them crayfish the other day. I'll feed just about anything but silver sides.
