feeding anthia fish

if u have these fish whats the best food to feed them how many times a day do you feed for long term success with these fish,

I have two Sunburst Anthias. They're about 3 years old now. I feed them (and the rest of my fish) every other day. I believe the product is Omega One frozen brine.

I feed mine Hikari Mysis (frozen) once a day in the evening... and small pellets once in the morning. (Pellets are on an auto-feeder)

I have 4 female lyretail and feed them NLS pellets and LRS reef frenzy twice a day
