Feeding Bloodworms to fish?

Can you feed bloodworms to SW fish i feed it to my FW fish. I know that it is kinda hard to digest. But that is Why i am asking.

I feed a mix of 2parts brine shrimp,2parts mysis shrimp, one part bloodworms and a little cyclopese and garlic. I also use a bit of Prime Reef flake, Spirulina and dried seaweed. Many fish go after the blood worms.

According to Dr. Ron Schmeik bloodworms are not nutritious enough for sw fish.

I wouldn't feed them exclusively;nor would I feed krill or brine shrimp without other foods.
