Dont need to feed at all. If you must feed them use a food made for filter feeders or there are some foods made for clams.

acc to what i read, even the smallest can photosynthesize. oyster eggs are the largest approx that they can consume, and they are tiiiiny in comparison to cyclopseze

Per the latest studies by James Fatherree - in Giant Clams in the Sea and the Aquarium - clams (even the smallest) have more than enough symbiotic algae to live without actually being "fed". It's a great book - would suggest everyone who wants clams borrow a copy from your club/library or pick it up.
