Feeding Clowns Omega One

I have had a high Phos and wondering if it my food for clowns;
I feed every other day and only what they eat a couple pellets at a time.
In the ingredients it says L-Ascorbyl-2-Phosphate. Onega One Small Pellets with Garlic.
Could this be an issue in lowering Phos.
