feeding corals

Just wondering what i should be feeding my corals. I have some mushrooms, gsp, and a piece of cup coral. There are so many different additives out there dont know which ones are best for me. whats your opinion? Also is adding additives necessary or will regular water changes do the trick. Thanks

I don't know what a cup coral is, but mushrooms (if they're large) can be fed with small bits of meaty food. GSP doesn't really eat (I don't think). if you're new, just rely on lights and water changes. once a week 10% will be PLENTY of nutrient replenishment for a fair sized ammount of soft corals. No additives yet. Time, light, water changes. That's all you need to get going.
