Feeding Dragons Breath to tangs

Does anyone feed this to their tangs and is it as good a diet supplement as Nori? I ask as I use this in my fuge (had issues with chaeto ) and I thought is would be a good way to get rid of the extra growth.

don't know about nutritional value, never had any issues with the tangs eating it other than I couldn't grow it fast enough to have a steady supply.

Not growing fast enough for constant supply but I thought I would use it as a change up
