Feeding Dwarf Zebra Lionfish

I bought a Dwarf Zebra Lionfish 1 week ago and can not get him to eat. I have tried frozed SilverSides, Krill, and live minnows. I have dangled the food right in front of him and he either ignores it or moves away. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
